Town Planner

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Town Planner for a Local Authority based in the Greater Manchester area.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.
You will be:

• Developing Planning Policies.
• Assessing Planning Applications to ensure they comply with laws and regulations.
• Consulting with stakeholders.
• Work to promote sustainability.
• Wring reports.

Essentials:

• A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
• Relevant UK experiences preferable.
