Senior Project Manager

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Senior Project Manager for a London Borough.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.

You will be:

• Working to project manage a substantial proportion of the Housing Capital Programme.
• Acting as a Technial Lead for this project – providing advice and support for the delivery of services in the context of construction and in accordance with the current legal framework (Building Safety Act, Fire safety and Leaseholder legislation).
• Identify and assemble a project team.
• Managing the team – this will include contractors/ technical consultants.
• Managing budget.
• Ensure effective performance monitoring.

Essentials:

• Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
• A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of Project Managing a large project with high budget.
• Relevant Industry knowledge.
• Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
