Senior Planning Officer

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Senior Planning Officer for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.

You will be:

• Managing Planning Applications – typically more complex and high-profile applications.
• Providing expert advice.
• Project management.
• Preparing appeal statements, representing the council in planning appeals and addressing enforcement issues when necessary.

Essentials:

• Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
• A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of being a Senior Planning Officer.
• Relevant Industry knowledge.
• Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
