Planning Officer

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Planning Officer for a Local Authority based in Central London.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.

You will be:

• Handing planning applications, appeals and pre – application enquiries.
• Producing reports and ensuring compliance.
• Community engagement.
• Conducting research and analysing data on land use, environment and demographics to inform planning decisions.
• Enforcing regulations.
• Policy development.

Essentials:

• Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
• A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of working as a Planning Officer.
• Relevant Industry knowledge.
• Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
