Disrepairs Surveyor

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Disrepairs Surveyor for a Local Authority based in Northwest London.

Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.

You will be:

• Acting as a lead professional in all aspects of repairs and maintenance inspections and the management of repairs.
• Providing technical advice in all matters relating to the building stock.
• Manage performance delivery of repairs and maintenance.
• Ensuring works are carried out within an agreed timeframe.
• Ensure compliance within policies and financial regulations.
• Working collaboratively with the Responsive Repairs Maintenance and Cyclical Services Manager and other members of the Asset Management Team.

Essentials:

• Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
• A degree in a relevant field i.e. surveying, real estate, or property management.
• Relevant working industry knowledge.
• Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
• Driver’s License.
