Planning Officer

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Planning Officer for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands area.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.
You will be:

• Providing pre – application advice. – offering guidance to applicants.
• Preparing planning documentations.
• Managing applications – overseeing the entire process of planning applications.
• Handling planning appeals.

Essentials:

• A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
• Relevant UK work experience.
• Experience of supporting decision makers.
