multi skilled / Multi Trader

Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Trades Person? Do you live in the London Area?
 
You Will be responsible for being part of a multi-disciplined works team within my cloients portfolio repairs function delivering effective repairs within the cost & quality parameters of the DLO ensuring health and safety compliance and best practice. To work in a professional and flexible manner that meets the demands of the customers.
 Key Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance repair across the site 
• Manage PPMS
• All types of planned and reactive maintenance internally and externally

Requirements

• qualification in a trade – NVQ Level 2 or Higher.
• Maintenance Experience. 
• Full UK licence
• TO demonstart cross trade flexibility in the following trades;

Electrical, Plumber, Plasterer, Carpentry and Joinery, Bricklayer, Painter 

• This is a 12 month contract with an opportunity to go permanent
• This role is 37.5 hour week with the pottential opportunity of overtime.
