Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, driving business growth and forging strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Portfolio Growth: Leverage your industry knowledge to identify and engage organisations with current or future recruitment needs.
- Strategic Development: Create and execute tailored client contact strategies, leading business development initiatives that deliver results.
- Consultative Selling: Engage clients to understand their unique needs, offering bespoke solutions to attract top talent.
- Industry Expertise: Network within your sector to become a recognised expert, staying ahead of market trends and insights.
- Candidate Engagement: Identify, attract, and interview high-calibre candidates, matching them with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.
- Advisory Role: Provide expert advice on market conditions, CV optimisation, and interview techniques, ensuring candidates and clients are well-prepared and informed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Essential Recruitment Experience: 2-4 years of experience within a 360 recruiter role with a proven track record in growing a perm focused desk & clients
- Achievement-Oriented: Demonstrated success in your career, with the ambition and drive to take it to the next level.
- Initiative & Team Spirit: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Construction Experience: Ideally, you've worked within or have experience with construction recruitment - both contractor and consultancies.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Confidence in building and managing your own client base within the temporary recruitment space.
