This is a HOUSING REPAIRS customer service advisor position
Responsibilities 

1.1 Looking for 6 repairs officers to provide a single point of contact for those contacting the council's about housing services and repairs.
1.2 To ensures that customers receive a timely and positive response to their contact with the council's, achieving performance targets and high rates of satisfaction.
1.3 To respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of customer access channels, including telephone, email, web, social media, and post.
1.4 To deliver a consistent, reliable, customer focused service, ensuring value for money and responsive services to anyone contacting LBHF and to act as a positive role model for all staff.
Requirements 

  • Customer Service Experience 
  • Experience in Housing Repairs Customer Service is ESSENTIAL 
  • Experience working with Councils and Housing Associations is ESSENTIAL

Contract 
  • Inital 3 to 6 month contract
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 
  • PAYE via Umbrella 
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (2-3 days required in office)
  • Initial training period will be 5 days in office.
