Job Description

The Role:

Southwark is a diverse and exciting Borough with the largest local authority held housing stock in London.
A number of vacancies for Resident Services Officers (RSO) have arisen in our Area Housing Management Teams following an uplift to the establishment and career progression.

About You:

You must have a problem solving attitude and welcome the challenge of complex casework; you must be able to forge a good network and achieve the best outcome for our residents in a multi-agency setting
Must have experience working with councils or housing associations.
Must have experience in completing property inspections with tenants.
