What you need?
- Relevant Industry Qualifications.
- Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years
- Mechancial/Electrical Bias.
- NHS Experience is required
Key Responsibilities
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Project managing of building and renovations
- Delivery of Maintenance (reactive and planned).
- Managing a team of engineers in the estates department
- Dealing with outside contractors to deal with relevant repairs.
- Have oversight of all minor works.
The Role
- This role is a 6-month contract on a temp to perm basis.
- The salary for this role is £33.71 an hour on a 37.5-hour week.
- This will be paid through an Umbrella company.
