- Reactive and Planned maintenance experience
- Mechanical and Electrical experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide electrical repair across the one site
- Manage PPMS
- Maintain lighting, BMS systems , Fuse Boards , Boiler and Ventilation systems.
- Electrical systems, Ventilation systems, Water Supplies, Pressure Systems Maintenance
The Role
- This role is a temp 6–12 month contract.
- The salary for this role is £20.36 an hour.
- You have the choice whether to be paid Umbrella
- You will be reporting to the Estates Manager
