What you need?
- Construction Qualifications – e.g City & Guilds/ NVQ
- Clerk of Works and management experience.
- Worked in an NHS Trust for 3 or more years
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake Inspections of buildings in progress
- Project managing of building and renovations
- Manage Health & safety and Compliance.
- regular site visits and inspections updating the project and contract leads.
The Role
- This role is a 6-month contract on a temp to perm basis.
- The salary for this role is £30 an hour on a 37.5-hour week basis
- This will be paid through an Umbrella company.
- You will be reporting to the Head of Estates.
