Estates Maintenance Manger

Are you a Maintenance Manager with health care experience? Are you looking for a role within an NHS trust? Do you live in the Uxbridge Area ?
What you need:

• HND/HNC in Engineering or Building related subjects
• City and Guilds Engineering qualification
• Ordinary National Certificate or Equivalent in an Engineering discipline (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Good working knowledge of engineering within the Hospital environment.
• Driving Licence 

Key Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the overall performance of reactive and planned maintenance works
• To carry out Personal Development Review
• To motivate and lead the team to ensure that they are working efficiently and that clear instructions are given to enable them to carry out the work in the correct order of priority
• To report to the Deputy Head of Maintenance and providing verbal and written reports as and when requested

 
The Role

• This is a 6  month temp contract.  
• The salary for this role is £33 an hour via umbrella
• you will be on various sites within the uxbridge area
