Estates Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a Maintenance Supervisor with health care experience? Are you looking for a role within an NHS trust? Do you live in the Uxbridge Area ?
What you need:
 

• HND/HNC in Engineering or Building related subjects
• City and Guilds Engineering qualification
• Ordinary National Certificate or Equivalent in an Engineering discipline (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Good working knowledge of engineering within the Hospital environment.
• Driving Licence 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead on reactive works on the Hospital 
• To arrange, organise and implement reactive maintenance works within time scales and budgets to provide a comprehensive and efficient Estates Maintenance service.
• Supervision and organisation of the in-house Estates Maintenance multi-skilled workforce in the Hospital 
• To order materials, tools and stock using the Trust’s procurement systems with the assistance of the Estates Administrators

 
The Role
 

• This is a 6  month temp contract.  
• The salary for this role is £29 an hour via umbrella
• you will be on various sites within the uxbridge area
