Job Title: Operational Repairs Planner (Damp & Mould)
Location: North London
Rate: £22 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Ongoing
Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Repairs Planner with a strong background in damp and mould repairs to join a busy Housing Repairs team in North London. This is a key role ensuring the smooth coordination of repairs, trade diaries, and compliance-related works.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep fire risk works order data up to date and accurate.
• Raise purchase orders and process follow-on works.
• Collate and analyse data to support repairs performance and compliance.
• Plan and manage trade diaries, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timescales.
• Liaise with subcontractors and in-house teams to coordinate works.
• Ensure customer service standards are upheld throughout the repairs process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar planning role within a housing association or local authority.
• Knowledge of inventory management including in-house and external supply chains.
• Strong understanding of repair types, prioritisation, trades, materials, and asset data.
• Proven ability to raise, manage, and monitor work orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
