Change Manager
North London
My client is recruiting for a Change manager based within the local Authority in North London and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities
- managing a range of complex people behavioural change related matters such as those relating to structure changes, working behaviour and procedures including gaining any relevant verbal and/or written implications.
- Maintains an overview of the issues and risks for the change programme and seeking resolution through agreed actions.
- Deliver a change consultancy service to senior managers, providing strategic business focused advice on all aspects of change management, organisational design, meeting current and future business objectives within the context of the overall Council wide strategy
- Working as a change partner, support colleagues and management teams to focus on key business priorities and diagnose challenges, designing and implementing high quality solutions as appropriate.
- Establish mechanisms for reviewing the success of the change management programme post implementation and capture lessons learnt to measure the success of the change management project and review continuous improvement on service delivery.
Requirements
- MCIPS and/or procurement degree level qualification and/or equivalent professional registration
- Understanding of procurement and supply with experience supported by ideally
- Experience of engaging with key stakeholders in the planning and delivery of change
- Local Authority experience
- Evidence of successfully managing organisational change or relevant project management experience
- Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend
- PAYE via Umbrella
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm
As the role is Local Authority based candidates will be asked to complete an onboarding & compliance checks including DBS & Online training modules prior to starting.
