Job Description

Registered Building Inspector with LABC experience.

Requirements :

Own transport required
Building Control experience (at least 3 years) Local Authority Building Control experience preferred
Achieved a BSR Registration Class 2 and working towards Class 3.
Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. Plan checking and site inspections Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections are within Haringey)

Contract:

Hybrid working but includes site inspections.
3 month initial ongoing contract with the opportunity for extensions for the right candidate
PAYE via Umbrella
