Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Assistant Team Manager to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Council as an Adult Assistant Team Manager; your role will be to:

Supporting the Team Manager within the Hospital Pathway Team.
ATMs are responsible for leadership and management of the Team.
You will be expected to showcase knowledge and provide help to the team when needed.
Managing complex caseloads and safeguarding enquiries.
Work collaboratively with other professionals within the service.

Essentials:

A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have significant experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within a Management/ Senior role.
Registered to Social Work England.
Right to work in the UK.
