Adult Social Worker

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Complex Care Team; your role will be to:

• Managing complex case loads of Service Users with Learning/ Physical Disabilities/ Mental Health and Older Adults.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Addressing any urgent or complex situations, ensuring the appropriate care plans and assessments are carried out.
• Maintaining an accurate records of patient interactions.

Essentials:

• Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE.
• The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a hospital setting within Adult Social Work.
• Right to work in the UK.
