Children Team Manager

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Children Team Manager to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the R&A Team as a Children Team Manager; your role will be to:

• Managing a Team of Social Workers, ranging from Senior staff to NQSW’s – providing support and supervisions on a regular basis.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided to children and their families.
• The Team works to safeguard children by carrying out initial assessments with children and families to identify any risks and determine the appropriate support needed.

Essentials:

• Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
• The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Senior Management role within Children’s Social Work.
• Right to work in the UK.
