Adult Operation Lead

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Operation Lead to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Community Mental Health Team; your role will be to:

• Provide high quality assessment and treatment of service users with severe mental health problems.
• The Operational Lead is accountable to Borough Director and will receive professional supervision and line management from the Community Service Manager.
• The Operational Lead has overall management responsibility for the work of the team and provides a consistent, high-quality service which is recovery focused, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse community.
• The Operational Lead is responsible for ensuring service delivery is of a consistently high standard and assisting the team in meeting these standards.

 
Essentials:

• Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
• The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of managing an Adult Social Work Team.
• Right to work in the UK.
