Children Social Worker

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Children Social Worker to join a Local Authority in Berkshire on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
Joining the Long-Term Family Safeguarding Team; your role will be to:

• Managing a case load of children to ensure they are properly safeguarded, and their needs are being met by the council.
• Completing risk assessments to assess safety of children.
• Develop and review long – term care plans tailored to each family’s needs.
• Multi – agency working style, working with other professionals within the service.

Essentials:

• Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
• The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a long term Children’s Team.
• Right to work in the UK.
