Children Social Worker

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Children Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
Joining the Looked After Children’s Team; your role will be to:

• Develop and reviewing care plans for children under the care of the local authority.
• Working within a multi – agency setting with other professionals in the service to provide a co – ordinated approach to the childcare.
• Supporting children in their transition from care to independence, including planning for adulthood.
• Ensuring accurate records and documentation of visits.

 
Essentials:

• Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
• The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of managing a Children Social Work Team.
• Right to work in the UK.
