Vox Consultants are working with a council client looking for a Business Analyst lead on undertaking investigative work to determine business opportunities, and specify effective business processes through improvements in information systems, data management, practices, organisation and equipment. 
Key skills -

• Assist with the definition and management of the process for deploying and integrating new digital capabilities into the business in a way that is sensitive to and fully compatible with business operations.
• Ensure delivery of a high quality user experience, including fit for purpose systems, and high standards of access, availability, usability, usefulness and excellent standards of service.
• Promote “one IT” by delivering an integrated user-focused service which combines our internal teams and a range of IT service
