My client, a leading design and build business, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on impactful projects, from flood defence improvements to water treatment upgrades and biodiversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing robust cost management processes and providing accurate commercial reports.
- Collaborating with the delivery team to drive efficiency and best value.
- Ensuring all project members understand contractual obligations.
- Supporting clients in risk mitigation and maximising opportunities.
- Advising on contractual and commercial aspects for effective project control.
- Building strong client relationships through clear communication.
- Mentoring junior commercial staff.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience on Infrastructure related projects (Water sector preferably, but open to people with Highways, Rail, etc experience)
- Experience with NEC Contracts.
- Strong problem-solving, math, and financial management skills.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
