- Communication: Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Creative solutions to customer requests and contractor management.
- Professional Qualifications: HNC/HND level in building surveying with continuing professional development.
Desirable Attributes:
- Innovative Practices: Experience in efficient, value-for-money working practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Knowledge of housing issues at all levels, particularly housing investment.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility: Available for out-of-hours emergencies and evening meetings.
