I'm working with a council in West London, looking for a Sheltered Service Manager to join their Neighbourhood Housing Management Service. This role enhances older and vulnerable residents' quality of life, ensuring they receive top-tier housing management.

- Facilitate social activities and communal facilities use.
- Develop and adhere to health, safety, and welfare policies.
- Encourage resident involvement in strategy and policy development.
- Maintain relationships with support and care service providers.
- Contribute to budget planning and manage expenditure.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualifications: Degree in supported housing (e.g., NVQ Level 4) or relevant experience.
- Experience: Managing teams in housing, with vulnerable customers.
- Knowledge: Housing legislation, health and safety regulations, safeguarding.
- Skills: Data analysis, Microsoft Office, strong communication skills.
- Leadership: Attract, retain, motivate, and coach team members.
