Join the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Team and make a significant impact. Work closely with the Senior Surveyors to plan and deliver complex projects, managing cases per all legislative requirements, timescales, and Abri policies.

- Leadership: Deputise for the Performance & Projects Lead, manage Disrepair administration and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Performance & Projects Lead.
- Schedule and record disrepair Pre- and Post-Inspections within SLAs.
- Maintain the Case Management Database, providing weekly updates.
- Support the Senior Surveyor in preparing Reports.
- Ensure all in-house and contractor works are timely.
- Collaborate with the Complaints team on concurrent cases.
- Line manage Disrepair administration and scheduling.
- Act as the escalation point for stakeholders on disrepair cases and high-level complaints.
- Attend Court to provide evidence.
- Produce monthly KPI reports for the Leadership Team.
- Handle other reasonable duties as requested.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of legal disrepair processes and regulatory obligations.
- Understanding of damp, mould, and building defects.
- Flexible project delivery with proactive change management.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication, administration, and customer service skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience in line managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of creating process efficiencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programmes and in-house database systems.
- Demonstration of company values and behaviours.
