Commercial Plumber/Mechanical Engineer

Vox Consultants are currently looking for a Commercial Plumber/Mechanical Engineer either Foot or Mobile.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planned and reactive maintenance of plant equipment and mechanical systems
• Work on calorifiers, pressurisation units, TMVs, pumps, Valves, Install, repair, and maintain pipework, heating systems, pumps, and valves.
• plant room upkeep
•Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems across commercial sites.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Work with commercial boiler
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and water hygiene standards.
• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.

Requirements:
• Experience in commercial mechanical building maintenance
• Level 3  or higher in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• DBS clearance preferred or willing to obtain
• Strong communication and teamworking skills
