Multiskilled Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Engineer for a UK Facilities Management Company. The role is Monday to Friday. However, you must be available for overtime. 

Main Duties:

• Scheduled maintenance and repair of building services assets.
• Respond to breakdowns and reactive calls.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs or advise on actions.
• Monitor plant, equipment, and systems to ensure service continuity.
• Conduct dynamic risk assessments and escalate concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations for hazardous materials.
• Review maintenance procedures and complete engineers logs.
• Available for overtime or shift work.
• Regular contact with Service Desk, Supervisors, Contract Managers, and Customer contacts.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Report near misses, accidents, and incidents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• C&G Level 3 or equivalent in relevant subject (Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
• ONC/HNC building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• NVQ Level 3.
