Vox Consultants are currently recruiting for a Painter and Decorator in Lincoln
A Painter/Decorator in HMP in Lincoln .
The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00; Friday to Sunday 08:00 - 16:00 There will be a need to work 1 in 3 weekends but this would be on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary).

What you will do:

• Planned and reactive paint work in all areas of the prison.
• Responsibility for the care and maintenance of tools, materials and additional company property.
• Compliance with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directive.

What you will bring:

• Comfortable working alongside prisoners.
• Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements and risk assessments.
• Sharing best practice with others.
• NVQ level 3 in Painting and Decorating, however we will consider applications if you have NVQ level 2.
• Previous relevant work-related experience.

Prison Security Clearance will be required
