We are seeking an experienced Head of Housing Management to lead housing services across West London, driving strategic innovation and ensuring exceptional outcomes for residents.
The Role As Head of Housing Management, you will take overall responsibility for:

• Leading and managing Tenancy Management & Welfare Support, Independent Living (Sheltered Housing), Customer Service, Resident Empowerment, Customer Insight, Neighbourhood Plans, and Local Offers functions.
• Embedding a culture of putting residents first across all services.
• Delivering agreed service plans and performance targets.
• Providing strategic leadership, formulating innovative housing policies, and implementing forward-thinking service delivery approaches.
• Supporting both staff and tenants through periods of transition and organisational change.
• Building strong collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including voluntary and independent sector partners.
• Ensuring robust governance, compliance, and proactive risk management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Driving innovation across Homes and Neighbourhoods with a focus on digitalisation, commercial growth, and cross-cutting initiatives.

About You We are looking for a senior housing professional who can demonstrate:

• Proven leadership experience within housing management, tenancy services, or a similar function.
• Strong track record of developing and delivering housing strategies and policies.
• Ability to cultivate cross-sector partnerships and deliver sustainable housing solutions.
• Exceptional people leadership skills, with a focus on staff development and resident engagement.
• A strong understanding of statutory housing responsibilities, compliance, and governance frameworks.
