Repairs Supervisor – London – £35 per hour (Umbrella) – 3–6 Month Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team on a 3–6 month contract based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in housing or property maintenance to make an immediate impact.
Role Overview:
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day repair and maintenance operations, managing trade teams, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, inspecting works, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, contractors, and management.

- Supervise and support a team of operatives carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage workloads, schedules, and performance targets.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of completed works.
- Proven experience as a Repairs Supervisor within housing, maintenance, or local authority environments.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Location: London
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Rate: £35 per hour (umbrella)
