ASB Officer – Temporary Contract (3 to 6 Months)
Location: North London
Rate: £35 per hour (umbrella)
Contract: 3 to 6 months, ongoing

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in managing and resolving cases of anti-social behaviour across our housing stock, ensuring communities remain safe and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ASB complaints from start to resolution.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and prepare case reports.
• Work closely with residents, the police, and other agencies to deliver effective solutions.
• Take appropriate enforcement action in line with legislation and policy.
• Provide advice and support to residents affected by ASB.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an ASB or housing enforcement role.
• Strong knowledge of ASB legislation and tenancy enforcement.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
• Enhanced DBS desirable.
