Senior Building Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our clients expanding team in Eltham. You’ll work across a broad range of sectors—including Education, Commercial, Emergency Services, and Health—while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.

Requirements

• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status.
• Building Surveying Degree or equivalent
• Expertise in building surveying.
• Must efficiently manage programs to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Experience in education, emergency services, healthcare and/or commercial projects is advantageous.
• Strong client interaction skills are necessary to build relationships.
• Proven leadership in interdisciplinary project teams is advantageous.
