Interim Estates Surveyor

Interim Estates / Senior Estates Surveyor – West London An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates / Senior Estates Surveyor to join a well-established Local Authority team in West London on an interim basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor to work across a diverse mixed-use portfolio within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Contract

• Initial 3-month contract (likely to extend)
• £561 per day (Inside IR35 UMBRELLA)
• West London
• Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a predominantly commercial mixed-use property portfolio
• Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
• Handling landlord & tenant matters
• Managing lettings and lease negotiations
• Service charge management
• General estates management duties
• Providing professional property advice to stakeholders

About You

• MRICS qualified (preferred)
• Previous Local Authority/Public Sector experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial property and estates management
• Experience managing landlord & tenant matters
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload
