Part-Time Cleaner
Location: Mapplewells Primary & Nursery, Nottingham (NG17 1HU)
Rate: £15.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 20th July 2026 – 2nd October 2026
Hours: 10 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:15pm – 5:15pm
DBS: Enhanced DBS required

Vox Consultants are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaner to join a friendly team at Mapplewells Primary & Nursery in Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for part-time afternoon work within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, toilets and nursery areas to a high standard.
• Vacuum, mop and dust designated areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables where required.
• Ensure all areas are clean, safe and hygienic.
• Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
• Follow all COSHH, safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, nursery or commercial environment.
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in a busy educational setting.
