Resale Executive

Salary: Up to £35,052 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Resales Executive to join a leading housing association based in Eastleigh on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property sales, sales progression or conveyancing who enjoys managing the sales process and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shared ownership property resales from initial stages through to completion.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Monitor sales progression, ensuring deadlines are met and transactions move forward efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and system updates.
• Ensure all processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in property sales, sales progression, conveyancing or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence working with solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
